Our sanctuary pets are not adoptable,
but they still deserve to be spoiled!

Arcturus
Arcturus
Male New Zealand Rabbit
I have Pasteurella, which means I sneeze sometimes and might leave a little nose goo. No biggie—just a few extra tissues required. My top pastimes: 🥕 Devouring treats 🛏️ Lounging in the softest, comfiest beds 💤 Napping in hidey houses (a senior bun’s sacred ritual) 💆 Head scritches—only when the mood strikes me! I’m a very tidy senior gentlebun who knows exactly what he loves: cozy spots and all the snacks. Monthly care for Arcturus proudly sponsored by - Alexis Klotz
Baloo
Baloo
Male Polish Rabbit
Baloo was dumped in a cemetery and worker saw this and took him home and called us. Baloo is 10+ and blind. He also has a prolapsed bladder. Due to those medical issues he gets to stay with his Rarr foster mom forever 💜. Baloo is such a sweetheart and enjoys his free time and his apple sticks. He is very loved by his foster mom.
Bunn E Foo Foo
Bunn E Foo Foo
Male Mini Lop Rabbit
Bunn E is an extremely charming, sweet, and affectionate bun. He loves to be pet and is working his way up to being a first-class snuggler! When Bunn E isn’t demanding affection, he is a laid-back soul who loves to spend his time in leisurely flops. His playful sprints and binkies are cheerful, though brief. Still, watching as he wiggles his big fluffy self is a delight! Bunn E is presumed to be a senior. His eyesight isn’t that of a young bun, but that doesn’t seem to stop him. He is always enthusiastic about a treat and will take it directly from your hand. BunnE has some chronic health issues as a result of inadequate care in their past, including recurring upper respiratory problems.

Koala the Bunny is a darling Lionhead Pointed rabbit with a heart full of curiosity and charm. She loves exploring her surroundings and finding new adventures, often stopping to inspect every nook and cranny. One of her favorite pastimes is tossing her stacky cups—she’s quite proud of her toy-flipping skills.
Marlin
Marlin
Male Rex & Netherland Dwarf Rabbit
Meet Marlin — One of Our Most Special Sanctuary Residents Marlin has been part of Rabbit Angels since the very beginning of his life—he was born in our care, alongside his twin brother, Bailey. Bailey has since passed, making Marlin’s presence with us even more precious. He carries his brother’s memory with him, and we carry both of them in our hearts. Marlin was born with several chronic medical challenges, including being EC+ with neurological symptoms and Megacolon. Because of this, he requires a strict, carefully controlled diet and daily medications to keep him comfortable and stable. Even with these obstacles, Marlin is the gentlest spirit you’ll ever meet. He’s quiet, simple in his needs, and endlessly sweet. He gives kisses freely, leans into affection, and brings a calming energy to everyone around him. Marlin sometimes needs a little extra help with grooming, which he accepts with the soft gratitude that defines his personality. He lives as a cherished Forever Sanctuary Bun with Director Heather, who makes sure he receives the medical care, comfort, and unconditional love he deserves. Marlin may be delicate in body, but he is strong in heart—and he reminds us every day why every life is worth protecting, honoring, and loving.
Oakley
Oakley
Male Holland Lop Rabbit
💔 Oakley’s story is a heartbreaking reminder of why you should NEVER dump an animal. A concerned citizen was walking her dog when she witnessed someone dumping a bunny. She quickly secured her dog and approached the very confused bunny. Thankfully, she was able to get him to safety. ❤️ That little bunny is now Oakley, and he is with Rabbit Angels Rabbit Rescue now. Sadly, Oakley was in terrible shape. He had an open wound on the side of his face, was unkempt, had dirty ears, and looked absolutely miserable. It appeared that even eating was painful for him. 💔 We took Oakley to the vet, and we received some devastating news. He has severely infected ears, and the wound on his face is cancerous. Even more heartbreaking, the cancer has already begun to spread to his lungs. There is no changing what Oakley has been through, and we cannot take away the suffering he has already endured. But we can make sure that his story doesn’t end the way it began. After discussing his condition and options with the vet, we have decided to focus on palliative care. Our priority is to manage his pain, treat his ear infection, keep him comfortable, and give him the best quality of life possible for whatever time he has left. Oakley deserves soft places to rest, fresh greens, gentle hands, a full belly, and the feeling of being safe. He deserves to know that he is loved. He will never have to wonder where his next meal is coming from or fear being thrown away again. We wish we could have saved him from all of this. We wish someone had cared enough to get him help sooner. But we are here now, Oakley, and we promise to make your days as good as we possibly can. ❤️‍🩹 Oakley may not have the future we hoped for, but he will have love, dignity, and compassionate care for the rest of his life. And we will treasure every single day we get with him. ❤️🐰 #RabbitAngelsRabbitRescue #RescueRabbits #AdoptDontShop #NeverDumpAnAnimal #OakleysJourney

Rocket
Rocket
Male Lionhead Rabbit
Yo — it’s Rocket. Yeah, that Rocket. The lionhead legend. I’ve got an update for you all. I was recently diagnosed with a thymoma, so I’ve officially become a sanctuary bun. That means I’ll be living with an amazing foster for however long I have left — being completely and unapologetically spoiled. As it should be. *** I’m back at the rescue — through no fault of my own, let me be VERY clear. Human had a life emergency… so I launched back in. It’s fine though — they treat me like the royalty I am. Obviously. They named me Rocket ’cause my zoomies were so fast when I first arrived, they thought a rocket had launched in the house. Here’s the deal — I don’t want much. Just: • A family who understands the concept of personal space • Maybe a classy bunwife so we can judge humans together • Ample space to practice my launching skills • Endless hay • Daily reminders of how handsome I am • Treats • Toys to throw when I feel dramatic (often) I do like to grunt at humans, but don’t let that deter you from loving me. Deep down I’m just a sheep in lion’s clothing… but don’t tell the other buns.
Sophia
Sophia
Female Cat
Barn Manager, Head of Security, Bunny Bestie, and Self-Appointed Queen of the Barn. Sophia takes her job very seriously. Nobody enters or leaves the barn without paying the mandatory petting toll. Try walking past her without acknowledging her existence, and she'll quickly remind you who's in charge by grabbing your arm and demanding the attention she's owed. She's also a friend to the rabbits, keeping them company and making sure her long-eared coworkers are behaving themselves. She's quite fond of the buns, even if she occasionally questions their work ethic. When she's not supervising the rabbits or her human staff, Sophia can be found sleeping in the most ridiculous and precarious places imaginable. Why sleep somewhere comfortable and safe when you can give everyone a heart attack instead? One final warning: If you arrive with a pet carrier, check it thoroughly before leaving. Sophia considers every carrier her personal Airbnb and has been known to climb inside for a little investigating and an unscheduled nap. Sophia may not sign the paychecks, but make no mistake, she runs the barn. The rabbits are her friends, the humans are her servants, and everyone knows who's really in charge.
Winnie
Winnie
Female Lionhead Rabbit
Winnie is the quintessential rabbit — sweet as they come, gentle, and endlessly patient. She’s a fantastic listener and would never share your secrets. Playful and affectionate, Winnie adores being petted and will happily soak up all the attention you’re willing to give. She’s also a litterbox superstar, making her a tidy companion. Winnie does have some gnarly teeth, which means she requires ongoing care and has earned the title of sanctuary bun. But don't let that fool you — she's full of love and bunny wisdom.
