We had such a wonderful experience adopting through this rabbit rescue! The entire organization is well run and structured. Everything felt clear, organized, and the communication was great.

One of the things we appreciated most is their "Guardian Angel" model. Having a dedicated person who follows up with both you and your rabbit after adoption is so reassuring. Even as an experienced rabbit owner, it is nice to be able to talk to their foster family who knows your rabbit.

They also do a thorough job vetting potential adoptive families. The process is detailed, but quick, and non judgemental.

This is the only rescue in the state of Michigan that I endorse.

All of their rescues are spayed/neutered and vetted, and they allow you to set up dates with existing buns to see if they'll bond

Spaying/neutering costs on average $200 for most pet owners in Michigan. Some far more. Their adoption fee is cheaper than that. If you're looking for spayed/neutered, this is the place to go.

They also work with transport! Wild Hops Transport LLC offers door to door transport in the state of Michigan, so don't worry about distance!

I am so in love with this rabbit rescue and their employees!! I adopted a mother and daughter bonded pair of chinchilla rabbits and OMG... they are the friendliest happiest healthiest pair I've ever met ❤️... you can tell the high level of care just by how absolutely friendly all their babies are even just to be there. Even the cat walking around loving on me was so friendly and well behaved she just sat on my pet carrier as my new babies were out of their pen getting in the carrier. i absolutely recommend adopting from them! There of course is an adoption fee but the rabbits are spayed or neutered, vaccinated... and let's face it the care they give them and supplies they've used just in a few rabbits is easily 2000 times what the fee is. If you love rabbits and know the care and years and love you have to give them.. don't go anywhere else but Rabbit Angels Rabbit Rescue 🐇🐇💗💗.

Absolutely amazing rescue!
I have been keeping up to date with their profile and loving all their posts for quite awhile now!
I had already acquired a bun- iris, before hearing about rabbit angels organization.
With their help, she has now chosen a husband!
If I were to ever adopt another bunny, it would most certainly be from them for the following reasons.
-they are very honest and transparent non-profit organization that works very hard to provide for said babies.
- they were very thorough during the whole adoption process, making sure any questions had were answered well.
-they stay in contact before, during, AND after adoption- to ensure that the rabbit(s) will be well taken care of long after adoption instead of sadly being abandoned like many.
- all rabbits come fixed, and vaccinated. This ensures the health of all the buns, and helps prevent further abuse by overpopulation or breeding programs.
- the barn and animals waiting to be adopted are all kept clean and happy!! When I arrived to have my “bunny speed date”, I got to go through the barn in which they keep most of the buns. They all had clean water, lots of hay, toys, litter boxes and tidy homes.
-they make it known that they are there for any assistance you may need whether it be bonding complications or GI stasis. They are there and happy to help you work through it
In addition to all of this the “staff” was amazing, and very knowledgeable. I was able to meet my new rescues foster mother, who- in addition to the rescue itself, gave me a box of goodies to take home for the buns.
If you have any questions, or are looking to adopt, or even donate, I would absolutely highly highly recommend this rescue.

RARR has been a great resource. My daughter adopted one rabbit from RARR and another from a private individual. Even though one of the rabbits did not come from RARR, they were still willing to help us bond them and give advice when the other bunny was ill. I've been to the facility and to events, and I am impressed with how clean and spacious the bunny enclosures are and how curious and inquisitive the rabbits are. They aren't huddled in a corner hoping to not be seen. They are saying "Oh look! A new human!" and begging for pets as if we are nothing to fear. That speaks volumes more than words could.

RARR is a great organization that really gives the best care to the rabbits and is filled with wonderful people. I’ve had the pleasure of volunteering for the past few months and am impressed with all the work they do take care of the animals, spread awareness, and find furever homes for the buns.

Great rescue and place to find a forever friend! We adopted Goomba(now Bonnie) for our other bunny Billy. Still in the process of bonding the two but they show great signs and progress! This rescue has checked in multiple times within the few weeks of having her at home just making sure everyone is happy and safe. We love our Bonnie already and hope others will find their little bunbun here.

Adopted our rabbit from here. The volunteers are very dedicated to helping rabbits and potential adopters as much as they can. Love the social media presence as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this rescue! After facing difficult life circumstances and having no option to continue to give my bunny her best life like I did for 4 years, I had to make the devastating decision to rehome her. I was afraid of posting her on fb and have her get in the wrong hands. I happened upon this rescues web site and was immediately responded to with nothing but empathy and compassion. I was not once judged only supported and offered help! Every single person involved in this have been and continue to be the most compassionate, capable people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Becca and her husband transported and were here the first day to pick bunny up with some of her things. They stayed by my side while I completely broke down saying goodbye to Bunny. That alone was so special and appreciated by me. They came back a second time to collect the last of the things needed to go to Bunny’s new home. It was never business like transactions with no emotion or friendliness. They took time to talk with me about everything going on, bunnies, etc. The foster that took Bunny in, Angela, has also been nothing short of amazing. She plans on keeping Bunny permanently which eased my hurt a bit. She continues to share updates either on her own or in response to me checking on Bunny. Today’s photos and videos did my heart good seeing how loved Bunny already is and how Bunny has clearly gotten attached to Angela and trusts her! The rescue itself made all of this possible and I’ll forever be grateful to all of them. They’ve all made a heartbreaking time in life a bit less painful by giving Bunny the love I wanted for her in her new home, the reassurance she’s being spoiled and taken care of properly like she was here, and that they are ALL more than properly educated on bunnies. Bunnies aren’t like normal pets and finding others who understand this and take time to learn how to properly care for indoor bunnies is hard to come across! I’ll forever rest easy knowing Bunny is loved, well taken care of and by the best possible people I could have ever found for her. Thank you all! You will always hold a special place in my heart!
